Do you require a monthly contract or retainer?
No. CyteWorks does not charge a monthly retainer just to be a client. You pay us when we do work — not just to stay on a list. If nothing breaks and nothing needs attention, you owe us nothing that month.
What cities do you serve in the Kansas City area?
We serve the full Kansas City metro, including Lee's Summit, Overland Park, Shawnee, Lenexa, Prairie Village, Blue Springs, Independence, Grandview, Belton, Raytown, and Riverside. We travel to our clients — there is no on-site fee for local service calls within the metro.

For managed clients, we provide emergency support around the clock. For standard support requests, we typically respond same business day. You reach Robb, Duane, or Sean directly — not a ticket queue staffed by strangers.
Can you work alongside our existing IT staff?
Yes. We regularly supplement internal IT departments — handling overflow tickets, infrastructure projects, Microsoft 365 administration, and strategic planning without stepping on toes. We work with your team, not around it.
